Typical Turnaround time is 7-14 business days for local pickup orders. Please try your best to place your order 2-4 weeks prior to your event to allow time for design and assembly. Shipped orders are not included in the 7-14 day turnaround timeframe as we do not have any control over USPS. Any orders placed outside of this window are subject to a rush fee of $45.

YES! I currently offer shipping inside the U.S via USPS. A tracking number will be provided. All shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. Orders that require shipping must be paid in full prior to shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please allow 3-14 business days for delivery. This does not include design & assembly.

A Mock-up or Copy of the design will be sent for approval before printing. If you would like anything changed/added that is when you will need to tell me! 2 edits will be allowed and after, a $20 fee will be added to the final amount due. If a error is noticed after printing, a $25 fee will occur because more materials will have to be used to fix the mistake.

At this time, I do NOT offer returns for any items purchased. Upon receiving your item, please notify me immediately if the item is defective/damaged so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Custom orders are specifically made for YOU and cannot be resold. Please contact me with any issues.

Any order(s) placed with KustomKreationsbyCeeMichelle is NOT eligible for any refunds. Once an order is confirmed and payment is received all sales are considered final.

We include our logo or branding on select items as a standard part of our production process. This helps us maintain consistency, stand behind the quality of our work, and showcase the craftsmanship and care that goes into every order.

That said, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you prefer a completely unbranded or “white-label” version of your items, we’re happy to discuss customization options to better meet your needs. Just let us know your preference, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
